Request account deletion

This page is intended for requesting deletion of your account in VIP Construction and associated data. You do not need to install the app or sign in to access it.

You can also email info@vipconstructionsllc.com.

The button opens a prepared message in your email app. Add your name and account email or identifier, then send it. Opening the message does not send the request or delete the account.

How requests will be handled

1. Email info@vipconstructionsllc.com with your name and account email or identifier, stating that you want to delete the account and associated data.
2. The team will need to verify account ownership before proceeding. Do not send your password or access codes.
3. We will explain the next steps and confirm completion, including any data that must be retained and the reason.

Account and associated data

The request covers your account and associated personal data, including your profile and linked files that no longer need to be retained.

Some attendance, payment, audit, or work documentation records may be retained to meet employment or accounting obligations, handle claims, or protect service security. When handling your request, we will explain any retained data, the reason, and the applicable period.

Request handling time

When we receive your request, we will explain the handling time and the steps needed to verify the account. If we need additional information, we will contact you by email.

Deleting an account and uninstalling the app are separate actions. Uninstalling does not start a deletion request.
