Inquiries and applications

Name, email, optional phone, location, project details or work experience, availability and optional résumé: responding to inquiries and reviewing applications. We email this information to the VIP team and send the applicant a confirmation. If you arrive from a campaign, we include its identifiers in the internal notification to understand where the inquiry came from.

Account and profile

Name, account identifier or login email, phone, trade, and account status: identification, access, and team coordination.

Projects and tasks

Assignments, statuses, and comments: work planning and tracking.

Attendance and location

Clock-in, clock-out, hours, and location associated with attendance when enabled: attendance tracking. Features requiring location use device permissions.

Photos and files

Photos, comments, and files you share as work evidence: task documentation and project tracking. Photo capture or selection features use the relevant device permissions.

Payroll and audit

Payment records, adjustments, and change history linked to your activity: administration, traceability, and compliance with applicable obligations.

3. Access and providers

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for website hosting; Resend to send inquiries, applications and confirmations; and Gmail to receive form submissions in the company inbox. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services.

Access within the company depends on each user’s role and responsibilities. We may share information with providers supporting operations or with authorities when legally required. Information may be processed in the countries where these providers operate.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, manage your relationship with the company, and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods may vary by data category and processing purpose.

When you request account deletion, we review associated data and delete information that no longer needs to be retained. Employment, accounting, or security records that must be kept are retained for the applicable period only. You can ask about the periods that apply to your case by email.
